A KINETIC STUDY OF THE EXTRACTION OF URANIUM FROM SEA WATER TITANIC GEL I MEASUREMENT OF THE ACTIVATION ENERGY OF ADSORPTION-——A METHOD DIRECTLY USED FOR NATURAL SEA WATER.
According to the relation-ships between its gas sensitive effect and operating conditions:such as temperature,enviroment atmosphere and its oxygen adsorption activation energy,surface resista-nce controlled mode can considered as the gas sensitive mechanism of ultrafinea-Fe_2O_powders.
It is proved that the curing reaction of such a system is a second order reaction. The rate constants of reaction of NCO groups and OH groups in equivalent and semi-equivalent have been measured at 70℃, 80℃, 90℃, and 100℃, and the apparent activation energy obtained of each of these reactions is E_(equiv)=14.1Kcal/mole E_(semi-equiv)=13.5Kcal/mole.
The apparent activation energy of each stage was calculated using the Doyle-Ozawa and Kissinger methods.
Catalysts that lower markedly the activation energy of the reactions are required.
And the apparent activation energy was calculated by the Arrhenius equation.
The activation energy for dehydration reaction has been calculated by Freeman-Carroll method.
