A new type of catalyst,LY-980catalyst,used for the first stage hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline was evaluated. The catalyst performance tests were carride out in a 5mL isothermal reactor and a 30mL adiabatic reactors. The results showed that LY-980catalyst had higher activity and better stability than those of foreign catalysts and LY-860catalyst.
